Esperienza negativa: I scheduled a Monday appointment on the website. A few hours before the appointment, I had a family matter to take care of and asked if it could be rescheduled. I received no answer and let it go. Fifteen minutes after the scheduled appointment, I receive a message asking me where I am. When I asked to reschedule after THIS, the doctor rudely berated me for having wasted her time and that she had another patient who wanted to come at my alloted appointment time but couldn't. I understand how that can be annoying, but that is not your customer's business/problem. Keep it professional.

I am sorry you feel this way. The visit was confirmed and canceled one hour before and I never received any message to cancel to the number that I had written to you yesterday. I apologize if you think that I was being rude, as it was not my intentions. I wish you the best and that you find another chiropractor to handle your needs. My policy is that people must cancel within 24 hours as I am a one doctor office and I have allotted times dedicated to my patients. I allotted this time specifically for you and another patient had requested to come in, because he is in severe pain but I had to turn them away. Best wishes and God bless you.

Esperienza fantastica: As an American studying abroad in Italy, Dr. Mauldin has been a phenomenal support system for me. She truly takes the time to get to know you and is very patient in explaining ways to improve your health. I went to her while I was very sick abroad and she was beyond helpful. Couldn’t recommend her more. The office is very accommodating and flexible when scheduling appointments as well!

Esperienza fantastica: Dr. Mauldin is personable and knowledgeable. Very thorough and professional examination. Set a realistic and efficient course of treatment. And so nice to find an English-speaking chiropractor!! The office staff is welcoming and helpful. A great addition to Milan, especially for us expats!
