Esperienza negativa: Medici ed adetti poco attenti alle specifiche peculiarità del cliente, svolgono le loro mansioni unicamente nei loro interessi, prescrivendo trattamenti anche superflui solo per poterli poi aggiungere al conto finale ESORBITANTE, e non giustificato dato che il servizio viene offerto con superficialità, poca empatia e poca professionalità. Cattiva attenzione anche da parte delle segretarie. Sconsiglio.

Esperienza fantastica: Centro medico privato. Visita specialistica a 130€. La mia esperienza è stata positiva. Professionali, e onesti.

Esperienza negativa: Am fost de două ori aici,la prima vizită pentru baiatul meu am rămas mulțumită. La a doua vizită am fost pentru mine și din păcate medicul a fost altul și nu părea interesat sa ofere tratament corespunzător. Am avut nevoie de antibiotic, care nu a fost prescris de doctor și am avut complicații. Paracetamol și ibuprofen pot sa primesc fără consultația medicului. Total dezamăgită de medicul care m-a consultat. Am scris plângere,dar din păcate nu am mai primit nici o soluție.

Esperienza fantastica: We were on a family holiday in Livignio when we (me and my 5 year old son) unfortunately got tonsillitis on the first day. On the recommendation of our landlady, we made an appointment with Dr A. Silipo at the international medial centre. This went smoothly because the friendly assistant spoke good English (we don’t speak Italian unfortunately). The doctor examined me and my son carefully and although he also spoke reasonably English, the receptionist translated again to make sure. Great, it worked really well and professionally. As usual, the treatment is a private service, so we have to pay for it first. After the check-up, however, we received all the necessary documents for the travel health insurance. Although the first week of MTB trails was cancelled, we are now looking forward to our next two weeks in the Alps in good health. Friendly, competent and uncomplicated! Esperienza negativa: Ore 11:00 am. Entrati per un controllo ad una mano, colpita da un masso, non si sono neanche degnati di verificare il problema o al limite di fornire del ghiaccio per ridurre l'ematoma. Hanno solo specificato di essere a pagamento e che l'ortopedico al momento non era presente. Ci hanno inviato alla Casa della Sanità, sicuramente più competenti/professionali e più umani.

Esperienza fantastica: Molto gentili , competenti e disponibili. Meritano più di 5 stelle

Esperienza negativa: Buona sera, il 21 febbraio ho incontrato uno specialista presso la questa struttura. Appuntamento alle ore 15.00 - ho dovuto aspettare quesi un'ora in sala d'aspetto. Lo stesso giorno ho preso appuntamento per OGGI martedì 28 marzo alle 15.00. Purtroppo oggi mi è stato detto che il Dottore era a Livigno ieri. Mi dispiace tanto che abbiano deciso di NON avvisarmi, aspettavo questo appuntamento da un mese, Lucia Silvestri

Esperienza fantastica: Very kind staff, no waiting time at all, doctor helped me with taking blood from my injured of my knee from skiing, explaining everything what he will do and every time he asked me before he did another step if I am ok with it. Many thanks for big relief from pain.

Esperienza negativa: Bad behavior of the doctor in charge today towards my daughter who was suffering from the Corona test. This is not the first time my daughter takes the test and she never had a problem doing it. The doctor said we had to hurry because he didn't have time and had taken a long drive, rushing her in a bad way and pushing so strongly the swab in my daughter 's nose. Little empathic, patient and very rude. We had to leave without being able to take the test. At least the assistant was very kind and apologized for the behavior of the doctor, she tried somehow to find a solution. Update: today we made it i 1 min at Acquagranda. The doctor was rally nice
