Esperienza fantastica: Thank you to Joanna for helping me work through my various problems. It was great to be able to discuss the issues and understand what I needed to do on top of the treatment for "homework". After several months I'm feeling the best I have in a long time.

I have been struggling with a number of health challenges for years (hormonal imbalances, sleep struggles, neck pain, vertigo, anxiety, etc.) and I have tried various forms of treatment to no avail. Osteopathy has provided positive results for me unlike other therapies I've tried over the years. Jo’s knowledge and expertise are evident, she is clearly passionate about osteopathy and in helping people who are suffering from various issues. I was suffering from historic back pain and Jo managed to highlight an issue I was unaware of and treated the problem! When my 8 year old son had a long period in hospital, following his surgery, we visited Jo and she carefully treated him over a period of time which enabled him to recover fully. Esperienza fantastica: I severely hurt my back when I was on a working trip in Milan to the point that I barely could move. I was desperately looking for a Englisch speaking osteopath when I found Joanna. She gave me an appointment the next day and helped my body reduce the inflammation as well as allowed the tissue to slowly relax again. After only one treatment my back improved so much over the course of two days, the pain was almost all gone and I could resume my work! She saved my trip. I can only highly recommend her, she had a great eye and understanding for the individual needs of my body at that moment. It was a pleasure to be treated by such a competent, friendly and empathetic osteopath.

I came in with shoulder pain, migraines and nervous system issues from stress (thanks to covid and work) and she was able to work magic as well as treat other symptoms that I had for years! Esperienza fantastica: I recently started a food business that requires many hours on my feet each week and what hit? Extremely painful plantar fasciitis. This condition manifested as shooting pains when my feet touched the ground specially in the mornings and it got a little better during the day, only to repeat as a cycle, getting worse every morning. Having to be on painful feet is really very difficult when one must be standing or walking all day. When I was explaining my symptoms to my osteopath (Joanna Vale) she instantly diagnosed what it was and gave me exercises to do and recommendations on how to change my footwear which I followed. Oh my god- complete and total magical cure. I highly recommend osteopathy and Bodylab. I can't begin to say how very grateful I am that my plantar fasciitis is under control.

Esperienza fantastica: Joanna is amazing! She saved me twice!! I had a broken toe the first time which had been bothering me for months but didn't know what to do with it...I went into the session limping and not being able to walk properly and just after 1hr, I came out running (not even exaggerating) !! The second time I had a neck injury, I went in with a neck brace and came out almost healed and had the best night sleep that night! Joanna is absolutely magical :)
