Esperienza fantastica: Very nice to meet Sergio the owner and the team at Physio Lab Capri, their team is available In Hotels, Villas, on board Yachts And there is something about the quality of their massage!!!! Outstanding ! with Physio Tecniques . It is a must to go and try.

Esperienza negativa: We had a couples massage. We were put in separate rooms so there was no reason to call this a couples massage. In addition the massages were really mediocre. Not only that, we were charged twice. We were told the first credit card did not go through and the second credit card did. When we returned back to the United States we found out the charge was placed on both credit cards. We spoke to the owner and he would not acknowledge that we have been doubly charged. We would never recommend this facility. The owner responded below but he is absolutely wrong. We have both been charged on two credit cards for the same service. We sent him our bank account screenshots as proof. He is refusing to correct his mistake. Sergio, if you would like to correct your mistake and have us delete this review, please contact us. You have our contact information. You know how to make this right.

Esperienza negativa: Literally emailed them 4 times over a span of 2 weeks to book a massage while I am down there and not a single reply. I am sure your place is great, but for someone to know if your place is good it requires you actually answering booking emails.

Esperienza fantastica: I cannot rave enough about Physio Lab and the owner, Sergio. For almost 10 years, whenever I have any ache or pain that does not go away by itself, I run to Sergio and get relief. Recently I had a finger get dislocated and after he examined it thoroughly, he was able to manipulate it and pop it back in place. Sergio understands the body and is very careful. The office and staff are very professional and I've always felt that I'm in the best of hands at Physio Lab. FYI - he has a wonderful staff of masseuses for sheer relaxtion too.

Esperienza fantastica: Absolutely fantastic physio, I highly recommend to anyone staying on Capri. I have a bad hip as a result of a car accident 10 years ago and it tends to play up (read get very sore such that I struggle to sleep / walk / stand). On my recent holiday I had a ‘flare up’ following a speed boat trip and was in quite a bit of pain. I came here and the physio used an ultrasound machine plus massage. This fixed my pain and saved my holiday! My hip can be very difficult to treat and I have seen physios that have made the pain worse. This guy is fantastic and I can not recommend him highly enough. Next time I’m on Capri I will be back!

My overall physical condition already became bad and even after consulting a dozen of specialists I still had no clear solution for my problem. The day I entered PhysioLab everything turned for the better. Sergio not only made the correct diagnosis but also found the right treatment from the very first moment. Now, one month later, I am almost back to normal and could already start to train in the gym again. This place is overall very well managed. All therapists are well skilled, very kind and they use the latest and best products. PhysioLap is a strong recommandation for any aesthetical and medical treatment in Capri.
